Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Calidry. By accessing or using any application or service provided by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not access or use any application or service provided by us.

 

  1.  Calidry offers pick-up and delivery services for dry cleaning and laundry. Pickup and delivery may be requested through our Website or by visiting our store.

  2. Calidry ensures that the garments and articles entrusted to us are cleaned using methods that are best suited to their nature and condition.

  3. To use our services The customer is required to register for an account. You are required to provide complete and correct information to avail yourself of our services.

  4. Calidry reserves the right to refuse the cleaning of any garment or article.

  5. The customer must make sure to check their items at the time of delivery.

  6. If there’s any complaint, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  7. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains, and they will be processed at the customer’s risk.

  8. Bills cannot be cancelled once the payment is finished.

  9. Calidry cannot be held accountable for items that bleed colour, shrink, or change as a result of dry cleaning or laundry.

  10. Calidry cannot be held accountable for missing or damaged items left behind in the clothes, like jewellery, money, or other personal items. The customer must check for any valuables before handing the items to us.

  11. The Customer must notify Calidry immediately of any difference in the number of items in the bill at the time of delivery; failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any missing items from that delivery.

  12. In the unforeseen event of the loss or misplacement of any item, Calidry personnel will conduct a thorough examination of the specific case. The company’s liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed five times the charges for the cleaning of articles as billed to the store.

  13. All items must be collected by the customer from our store within a maximum period of 30 days after they are marked ready. A safekeeping charge of Rs. 5 per item per day shall be charged beyond this period. The company will make attempts to contact the customer in any such case; however, Calidry cannot be held accountable for the loss of any item beyond a 45-day failure to collect the item (45 days from the date of the first intimation of the garment being ready).

  14. We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
