Calidry Help Centre

Question 1

What can I send to Calidry?

Accepted Answer

We offer dry cleaning, Wash & Fold, Wash & Press, steam pressing, home textile care, stain removal, bag care, shoe care and darning. Clothes, shoes and bags can be collected together.

Question 2

How does pickup work?

Accepted Answer

Choose your service and location and share your details through our pickup request form or WhatsApp. Our team will get in touch to arrange collection. Your request is confirmed when the team agrees the pickup with you.

Question 3

Where do you collect, and is pickup free?

Accepted Answer

We provide free doorstep pickup and delivery within 10 km of Padivattom, Kochi. Select your locality in the pickup form. If you are unsure whether we cover your address, contact the team.

Question 4

Should I sort my clothes first?

Accepted Answer

No need. Our team sorts garments by colour, material and cleaning method. Please check your pockets and let us know about any stains or special care instructions.

Question 5

Will my clothes be washed with other customers’ clothes?

Accepted Answer

For the 5–10 kg Wash & Fold service, your items are handled separately. Dry cleaning and Wash & Press items may be grouped with garments that require similar cleaning. Ask our team if you have a particular preference.

Question 6

What cleaning solutions do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use premium, eco-friendly cleaning solutions selected for each fabric and its care label. Share detergent or fabric softener preferences with the team when you request pickup.

Question 7

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash and UPI.

Question 8

Can you remove every stain?

Accepted Answer

Complete stain removal is not guaranteed. Results depend on the fabric and the stain. Stain treatment is charged regardless of the outcome and is performed at the customer’s risk.

Question 9

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery depends on your service. Wash & Fold takes 1–2 days; Steam Press takes 48 hours; Wash & Press and Home Care take 2–3 days; Dry Cleaning, Bag Care and Shoe Care take 4–5 days; Stain Removal takes 5–7 days depending on the stain; Darning takes 7–8 days. See the timing guide below.

Question 10

How do I activate express service?

Accepted Answer

Choose your service in the pickup form, tick Add express service and select an available timing. Call +91 73018 18183 immediately. Express pickup and delivery are valid only after our team confirms them by phone. A form or WhatsApp message alone does not activate express.

Question 11

What does express cost?

Accepted Answer

Wash & Fold offers 24-hour express only at 50% extra (1.5× the standard price). For other eligible services, 24-hour express is twice the standard price and 48-hour express adds 50%, where available. Availability depends on the service, item category and condition. The team confirms the price and timing by phone.

Question 12

Can I request express darning?

Accepted Answer

No. Darning takes 7–8 days and is not available as an express service. Each repair is assessed individually so we can confirm the work and price.

Question 13

Why can’t I choose 48-hour express for ironing?

Accepted Answer

Steam Press already has a standard turnaround of 48 hours, so 48-hour express is not an upgrade. You can request 24-hour express by phone. Wash & Fold also finishes within 1–2 days, so only the 24-hour express option is shown for it.

Question 14

How much is Wash & Fold?

Accepted Answer

Wash & Fold costs ₹105 per kg. Other services are usually priced by item, while stains and repairs are assessed for a quote. Full item prices are available on the Prices & Services page.

Question 15

Do you accept undergarments?

Accepted Answer

Undergarments are excluded from our regular services, including dry cleaning. For an urgent request, separate washing under Wash & Fold may be available at an additional ₹30 per piece. Contact our team before collection to confirm.

Question 16

Can I change my pickup request?

Accepted Answer

Call or WhatsApp our team as soon as possible. Share the name and phone number used for your request, and explain what needs to change. Our team will confirm the revised arrangements.

Question 17

What if something is wrong with my order?

Accepted Answer

Contact our team with your booking phone number, item details and a photo if useful. We’ll review the concern with you. Any resolution is subject to Calidry’s Terms & Conditions.

Question 18

Which service should I choose?

Accepted Answer

For washable everyday clothes, choose Wash & Fold. Choose Wash & Press when you want washing and ironing together. Choose Steam Press for clean clothes that only need ironing. For delicate or occasion wear, ask about Dry Cleaning.
