This privacy policy explains how Calidry handles information you share when enquiring about or requesting our services.
Booking and browser-storage information updated: .
The pickup form asks for your name, phone number, locality, chosen service and optional item details. No website account or registration is required. You may also share an email address, full pickup address, order information or photographs when you contact our team directly.
The website prepares a request for you to review. Choosing “Open WhatsApp draft” opens WhatsApp with a draft containing the details you entered. No pickup request is sent to Calidry until you choose to send the message in WhatsApp. Our team then contacts you to confirm collection and delivery arrangements.
The form does not create an account or save your contact details for a future visit. WhatsApp receives the draft when you open it, and its own privacy policy applies to its handling of that information.
We use information you provide through WhatsApp, email or other direct contact to answer your enquiry and arrange your requested service. This information will never be rented or sold to a third party. We will not disclose it outside our business unless required to satisfy your request, such as providing the desired service.
Unless you tell us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to notify you of specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
You may opt out of future communications at any time. Contact us using the email address or phone number below to:
The website uses session storage to remember that the pickup invitation has already been shown in your current browser tab session. It stores a “shown” status, not your name, phone number or pickup details. This prevents the same invitation appearing repeatedly during that session. It is not a customer account or a saved booking.
We take precautions to safeguard your personal information.
This website links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. When you open these services, their own privacy practices apply. Please read their privacy statements before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page. If you believe we are not following this policy, please contact us.
